Our pallet prices already include a contribution towards delivery. However, transport costs vary depending on the delivery postcode, so an additional delivery surcharge may apply to your order.
The charges below are per pallet and will be added automatically at checkout.
How will my pallet be delivered?
For the £0 delivery areas, we will try to deliver using our own Puffin vehicle whenever possible, subject to vehicle availability and our planned delivery routes. If our own vehicle is unavailable, your order may be sent using one of our pallet couriers instead.
All other postcode areas listed below are normally delivered using our pallet courier network.

Important Delivery Information
All additional delivery charges are per pallet. For example, if the surcharge for your postcode is £40 and you order two pallets, the £40 surcharge will apply to each pallet.
Pallet deliveries are made using large delivery vehicles and suitable access is required. If your property has restricted access, narrow roads or any other delivery restrictions, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the most suitable delivery option.
Delivery arrangements and vehicle type are subject to availability.
Restricted Access / Smaller Vehicle Deliveries:
If your delivery address cannot accommodate a standard pallet delivery vehicle, you can select a 7.5 tonne vehicle / van delivery option at checkout.
There is an additional charge of £25 per pallet for this service, as the delivery needs to be arranged separately from our standard pallet network. For deliveries using a tail lift, pallets must be 750kg or under.
For customers in Aberdeenshire and Moray, we may be able to deliver using our own Puffin van. Where practical, our driver can also handball bags into a shed, garage or other suitable storage area.
